We stand behind our products and if you are in any way dissatisfied, or if your product/s arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@perlier.com. We will be happy to issue a replacement, offer an alternative product, issue a gift card or store credit, or issue a refund for eligible purchases.
When contacting customer service please be sure to include your full name, order #, and if you utilized a different email address when placing your order please note that as well. If you're contacting customer service regarding a damaged item/s please include a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Please note that any item purchased at a discounted price or with a discount code, or as part of a free gift with minimum purchase promotion, are final and are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit regardless of purchase date. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Only applicable purchases made on Perlier.com can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
In the event a refund is issued, Perlier will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours. Refunds posted back to your bank account may vary depending on your individual bank processing time. If we are unable to issue a credit due to an expired or canceled credit card, a paper check will be issued.
A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Perlier reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice.
I should have known when they changed the bottle that it meant it was going downhill. It is no longer that rich honey. I wish they would sell less, charge more and give the original than this. it smells fainly of honey but nothing like the original. Why even sell it this way and lose their reputation?
I used to buy your products all the time years ago, I decided to get a tube of the honey miel body cream -- it's terrible. There's nothing like honey about it -- it has a sharp, chemical smell. I won't be buying it again.
I have (had) you just lost a customer of what like 25 years of using honey for everything even my babies both human and fur. I never touched another bath or body item... what on earth were you thinking i ordered and its a terrible smell as well as consistency. whyyyyyyy would you change such an amazing formula with ppl sayi g they have used for 20 plus years. shame on you now your like all the other companies out there.

I have been using your Original Honey soap for decades and am sad about the change to the new formula. It now smells artificial and not at all like honey. It also seems to be a bit harsh on my skin. Please bring back the original formula. I donated the new soaps as I couldn't use them.

Our items do not have expiration dates. They are ok for use as long as they have not been opened. Once opened, they are ok for use for the duration noted on the back/bottom of the package (usually 12 months, but some skincare items are 6 months).

Our products are never tested on animals. They are produced in Italy under strict EU guidelines and are never sold in regions that may require animal testing.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, however during peak shopping periods it may take 2-3 days longer.
